RETURN POLICY

 

Turkey Addresses:

Five PM guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us free of charge and we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price of the Goods, excluding postage, provided that:

1. the Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with the 'Returns Form' within 21 days of receipt of the Goods by you; or

2. if the Goods are not returned to us within 21 days of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within this period.

Returns normally reach us within a few days at which point we will action the refund or exchange on receipt. However, sometimes returns take a little longer to get to us so please allow up to ten working days for your Goods to be returned to us by post. If you need your exchange quickly, please contact us.

If you have requested an exchange and there is a difference in price, we will share a payment link for the balance due or we will create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.

Vouchers are valid for a year.

Please note that we do not offer our 'free returns' service outside Turkey. However, we will exchange and refund the price of the Goods (not including the postage) under the same policy as is Turkey.

Customs/Clearance Fees:
International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
